Step 01 — Discovery Call (Free)

We learn your situation.

A 30-minute call where you walk us through your current process, the pain points, your existing tools, and your goals. No pitch deck. No agenda besides understanding your problem. The discovery call is always free with no commitment to proceed.

Step 02 — Scoping & SOW

We define the work in writing.

We deliver a written Statement of Work that defines exactly what we'll build, what's out of scope, the delivery timeline, and the total cost. Fixed price — no hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprises at invoice time. You approve before we start.

Step 03 — Build

We build with regular check-ins.

Depending on project size, we deliver in phases with live previews and feedback sessions. You're never in the dark. We use async updates and scheduled reviews so you see the work as it develops — not just on delivery day.

Step 04 — Launch & Handoff

We deploy, train, and support.

We handle deployment and provide documentation and training for your team. After go-live, we offer structured support retainers so you have access to us for questions, changes, and iteration — without spinning up a new project every time.

Pricing questions.

Why don't you publish specific prices? +
Because every project is different. A workflow automation for a 5-person coffee shop looks nothing like a CMMC compliance implementation for a defense contractor. Publishing a rate card would mean either overcharging small businesses or undercharging complex engagements. We scope every project individually and publish the price in writing before we start.
Is there any hourly billing? +
No. All project work is fixed-price, scoped in a written SOW. You will never receive an invoice for more than what was agreed. The only exception is retainer engagements, which include a defined number of reserved hours per month — but even those are agreed in advance, not billed on time tracked.
What if the scope changes mid-project? +
Scope changes happen — we handle them with a lightweight change order that documents the addition, the cost, and the updated timeline. Nothing gets added to a project without your written approval. We don't pad scope to increase billing. If something is a natural extension of what we're building, we'll often absorb it at no cost.
Do you require payment upfront? +
For most projects: 50% at SOW signing, 50% on delivery. For larger multi-phase engagements, we structure milestone payments aligned to delivery checkpoints. You never pay for work that hasn't been delivered.
What's the smallest project you'll take on? +
We don't have a hard minimum. If a small business has a genuine problem that can be solved in a few days of work, we'll scope it and quote it fairly. We'd rather do 10 small engagements for small businesses than turn them away. The discovery call will tell us both whether it's a fit.
